I was born in the great state of Alaska and raised in Saudi Arabia and Houston, Texas. My dad’s in the oil industry…and I believe that’s all that needs to be said there. I have traveled to numerous countries and had plenty of experiences.

Due to the fact I was raised in a family where we moved every year or two, I have carried on the tradition as I’ve gone off to college. As I’m in transition, I personally have moved every few months in the past year. Little wonder why I’m pushing for a career that requires at least some traveling.

While politics is almost always a hot topic to blog about, I also look for other topics, from ones that really grab my attention or others that simply make me laugh (like my duct tape blog). I lean more towards the conservative side of issues and can be a bit of a ’stick in the mud’ on a couple specific issues.

I don’t intend on offending people with what I write, but hey! You can’t please everyone!
